1946-10-11 2016-01-12Mary Jane (Faubion) Maclay, 69, went home to be with her Lord on Tuesday, January 12, 2016. A funeral service celebrating Mary Jane's life was held at 11 am on Saturday, January 23, 2016, at Jacksonville Memory gardens in Orange Park, FL, with Dr. Bob Barton officiating. Visitation was held at 10 am prior to the service. Mary Jane was born on October 11, 1946, to Charles A. Faubion and Lottie Jane (Lloyd) Faubion. A native Floridian, she lived most of her life in Jacksonville with her faithful and loving husband, John E. Maclay, who preceded her in death. She was a friend to many and touched the lives of all who knew her. Mary Jane had a personal relationsip with Jesus Christ and was a long time member of First Baptist Church of Jacksonville. She worked many years for both Riverside Hospital and St. Vincent's Medical Center in Jacksonville. Left to cherish her memory are her two children: Allison Kerby (Guy), Goodlettsville, TN, and Travis Maclay (Mandy), Austin, TX; seven grandchildren: Kyle, Kaitlyn, Kelly, Kenzie and Kaleb Kerby, and Brynn and Carys Maclay; her brother: Charles A.
